Everything you need to get the most out of Aiffinity.

Getting Started

Welcome to Aiffinity. Here's how to get up and running:

1. Download the app from the App Store and create your account.
2. Set up your profile — add your name, photo, and basic preferences.
3. Start chatting with Aiven — your AI companion. The more you talk, the better he understands you.
4. Build your AI Soul — as you interact, Aiven learns your personality, communication style, and values.
5. Connect with people — add contacts, start conversations, and let Aiven help you stay connected.

Meet Aiven

Aiven is your personal AI companion. He adapts to your tone, preferences, and communication style over time. Here's what he can do:

• Chat naturally — Aiven speaks in a way that feels personal, not robotic.
• Send messages on your behalf — draft replies in your voice and send them when you approve.
• Complete tasks — browse the web, draft emails, make reservations, and manage your calendar.
• Manage relationships — remember birthdays, follow up on conversations, and nudge you when someone could use a message.

You can talk to Aiven inside the app, or reach him directly through Telegram and WhatsApp.

Your AI Soul

Your AI Soul is your living personality profile — a dynamic map of who you are. It captures:

• Your values and what matters to you
• Your communication style — tone, humour, formality
• Your emotional patterns — how you respond in different situations
• Your preferences — from food to music to how you like to schedule your day

Exporting Your Soul

Your AI Soul is portable. You can export it and share it with compatible apps and services, letting them instantly understand you without starting from scratch. To export:

1. Go to Settings > AI Soul
2. Tap Export Soul
3. Choose a destination or download the file

Deleting Your Soul

You can delete your AI Soul at any time from Settings > AI Soul > Delete Soul. This permanently removes all personality data from our systems. Aiven will start fresh if you choose to rebuild it.

Using Agents

Agents are specialised capabilities that let Aiven act on your behalf. They work according to your preferences and AI Soul.

Available Agents

Agent	What it does
Web Browser	Searches the web, reads pages, and summarises information for you
Email	Drafts and sends emails in your voice
Calendar	Manages your schedule, creates events, and sends reminders
Reservations	Books restaurants, hotels, and other services

How to Use Agents

Simply tell Aiven what you need in natural language:

• "Book a table for two at an Italian restaurant near me tonight"
• "Draft a follow-up email to Sarah about the project"
• "What's the weather in Berlin this weekend?"

Aiven will use the appropriate agent, confirm the action with you if needed, and execute it.

Relationships

Aiffinity helps you nurture your relationships. Aiven keeps track of the people in your life and helps you stay connected:

• Birthday reminders — never miss an important date
• Conversation follow-ups — Aiven remembers what you discussed and suggests follow-ups
• Connection nudges — gentle reminders when you haven't been in touch with someone for a while
• Relationship insights — understand your communication patterns and connection strength

Messaging

Aiffinity provides a full messaging experience:

• One-on-one chats and group conversations
• Voice and video calls powered by LiveKit
• Media sharing — photos, videos, files, and more
• Reactions and real-time presence
• End-to-end encryption for all messages

Aiven is always available inside your conversations to help you craft the perfect reply, summarise long threads, or take action.

Telegram & WhatsApp

You can connect with Aiven outside the app through Telegram and WhatsApp. This lets you:

• Chat with Aiven on platforms you already use
• Ask questions, get task updates, and manage your day on the go
• Receive notifications and reminders through your preferred channel

To connect, go to Settings > Integrations and follow the setup instructions for each platform.
